I had an eye and contact lenses appointment, but had to go to a different store as it was the only one available, after I kept getting emails and phonecalls to say I needed a contact lense appointment. I phoned several times to tell them I had already had this appointment, eventually my contacts direct debit was stopped. I had to go back and have another appointment to get it set up again. It was a bit of a pain, but the staff are always nice and helpful. Would just be good if different branches could transfer info over a bit easier.

The staff were very helpful and patient. The glasses were delivered earlier than anticipated. First class service.

I brought my spectacles for a change of lens and they were perfectly fine. The damaged both the temples were the curve is. I have brought them back and they refused to admit it was due their wrong manipulation. I had to pay for a new frame.
This happened in Bedford.

Very happy with Vision Express. Made a free online booking for my son when most others charged or had no availability. His prescription glasses were ready in a week. Very efficient company.

Had my eye test on the 26th June, On the same day I have placed an order for my sunglasses and glasses. I spent over £240. Was given a collection date (8th July) as that passed no one called to inform me anything, I called back several times still can't get an update nor have i heard back from them its the 21 July now. I tried to be reasonable and allowed extra time but it’s very disappointing. If you need your glasses I’d say go elsewhere.

Helpful and friendly

I've been using Vision Express for many years and have found them to be very professional and caring about my sight.

My new glasses gave me triple vision as the Optometrist had made a mistake. Did a re-test and now ok. 3 lengthy visits. No offer of compensation and I had to pay for a lens cloth!

The manager took charge of my issues and sorted my new prescription sunglasses without fuss and they arrived in time for my hoilday. Excellent service in Wilmslow.
